I have been asked to plan a contest in my salon to motivate the stylist to sell product !!!?

I am having a hard time deciding what kind of prizes to offer to help keep my team motivated. With our salon they are already offered cash rewards for a percent of what they sell weekly so money is not really an option to motivate as itis already used by coprate. I work with both men and women who are anywhere from 20 yeas old to 60 both with and without young kids. PLEASE HELP!!!!! I have till sunday to present this to my boss!!!! Ahhhhhh!Nothing like last minute!!!!I have been asked to plan a contest in my salon to motivate the stylist to sell product !!!?

what about gift certificates to a very fancy restaurant or a posh hotel for 3 days/2 night for 2 ppl or a weekend stay for 2 ppl at a well known place %26amp; tickets to the theatre .. for example--Toronto %26amp; phantage theatre(I don't know where you live or where the salon is but just an example).





What about a week off w/pay (this is something that is totally separate from their sick time or vacation pd. time off) and preferred parking for a yr. for the employee.





limo service to a posh dinner and play or sports game for a month;maid service at their home for a whole month





special gift basket full of gourmet food and wine and a yr. supply of movie passes to Regal cinema





gift card for $500 to Amazon.com ; shopping spree at the mall of their choice for $500 or more. don't know what your $$ limit is.
