Find a local hair college and advertise there. You can probably get them cheap when they first graduate. There is one in my town and the salons are stuffed with stylists,Where can I find licensed hair stylist for my salon?
advertise it in the newspaper and online and flyers and **** like that..poeple will respond my aunt in va is looking for a stylist job right now.
