Do you think it would be a cool idea to have a hair salon were the stylists dressed up as anime characters?

And specialized in crazy hair colors and anime/manga/scene/emo hairstyles? Would anyone go there LOL. I'm daydreaming about combining my love of cosplay for my future career as a hairdresser (I'm in hairdressing school)Do you think it would be a cool idea to have a hair salon were the stylists dressed up as anime characters?

You'd have to be in a major city though where people have money to burn on what you'd have to charge for such fancy digs though. You can't have your stylists done up and your salon be lame.Do you think it would be a cool idea to have a hair salon were the stylists dressed up as anime characters?
Cool -- maybe, but practical NO! When you open a business (especially these days) you can't specialize too much or you will go belly up before you can say ';cut %26amp; curl.'; Do you really think that there would be enouph people wanting that kind of hair to keep you in business? And that's not even considering the comfort of your stylists. That job is physicaly demanding as it is, and I think there are very few people who would be willing to work in costume all the time, uuuggghhh!
That would be the most awesome hair salon ever! XD If you ever opened a place like that I'd have to hunt you down and beg you for a job there. Some people say it's not professional.. and maybe it isn't, but I know a lot of people love cosplay and anime and would probably love going to get their hair done by their favorite character!





You'd probably get business just based on the fact that your idea is different and unique and no one has probably ever seen something like that before. So despite what everyone seems to be saying.. I think it really is an awesome idea. :D
It would be really cool and unique but most people wouldn't dig it. Too bad cause it would be really fun to get my hair done there. At the same time though the place I get my did at is pretty wild one guy dresses in drag sometimes the girl who shampoos my hair calls everybody female pronouns even grown men. one lady who does hair there has purple and green dreadlocks. My hair dresser hardly wears any clothes plus she swears like a sailor and they play really loud indie music all day and they are always booked up and have a huge waiting list. So maybe it could work.
ummm no? who would go? i know that like some...kinds of people like color there hair weird but dont they like do it themselves. i dont think someone who studied how to make hair look good would do that....
