why don't you put an advert in your local paper, also why don't you make and print a sign for your front window.

You should call a local beauty school or academy in your area. I'm sure you would get some really talented candidates. Then you wouldn't have to place such a desperate sounding ad. Good luck!
Just stick a standard job advert in the local paper. Look at other examples in there and write your own in the same style.
