I need to find a Dominican hair salon or stylist in Indianapolis, Indiana. I need a doobie soooo bad and I know from experinece that the Dominicans do the best doobies and blow outs.Dominican hair salon or stylist in Indianapolis, Indiana?
There is one on Warman ave and Washington St named Evelyn Beauty salon. They are Dominican, I have not been there yet, but i plan to go because the only people i let do my hair are Dominicans.
