In a salon, if a stylist does a bad dye job, is it okay to ask her to fix the problem at no extra cost?

Absolutely! In a salon, if a stylist does a bad dye job, is it okay to ask her to fix the problem at no extra cost?
Well, you can try but i am not sure if its going to be for no extra cost. Probably they will give you it for no extra cost since they made a bad dye job :/ not fair if you pay for it. If i was a cosmetologist, if i made that error... i would of give it with no extra cost since it's my responsability to make a good job of it. ;)In a salon, if a stylist does a bad dye job, is it okay to ask her to fix the problem at no extra cost?
If she did a bad job and damaged it I would get my money back and go somewhere else. If you just don't like it, I would talk to her about it and she can change it right then and there at no extra charge. Sometimes it is just a communication problem. Thats one great thing about color , you can always change it.
yes, it's your money, don't pay till it's done the right way.
i hope so.
yep. you went there to have your hair done, not damaged.
I'm a stylist, YES have her fix it!!!!! Its better to get it right the second time then not get it right at all.
yeah! ask nicely and they should. you paid for it and if its not what you wanted, you paid for it so you have the right.
Of course! It's your right ;)
yes.............
yep, of course
Yep! The stylist screwed up.
yes
Yes because if she's a professional, she should have gotten it right the first time.
Absolutely. But if she does a bad job the first time, she may just wind up making it worse. Get your money back and go some where else. Good luck.
Yes.
Yes, but would you really want her to? She didn't get it right the first time...
Yes because the customer is always right
She should have no problem fixing it for you at no charge, if she does have a problem with it find a new one.
yes just don't be rude about it.and be very clear on what you want if you change your mind and want something different than what you asked for the first time than expect to pay again. Either way you should give her another tip.
Yes, definitely!!
Absolutely - you're entitled to a good job, and if they do a bad job, give them a chance to fix it...if they still do a bad job, get your money back.
If the dye job is bad she should. If she doesn't ask for the manager. If she runs her own salon I would say just don't go back again and tell all your friends!
