Ladies, How long would you wait for your stylist to show up if she wasn't in the salon for your appt?

Here are some facts

1. She has your number to call you when she is running late but doesn't call

2. She was late for the last appt with a lame excuse

3.When I say late I mean over an hour.

Since this has happened twice in a role would you go back?Ladies, How long would you wait for your stylist to show up if she wasn't in the salon for your appt?
Generally, I never beg people to take my money. Once, with a really great excuse, they may get a half hour out of me. Next time, fifteen minutes TOPS. My time is just as valuable, if not more valuable than theirs, so I dont play those games.Ladies, How long would you wait for your stylist to show up if she wasn't in the salon for your appt?
definately not - it shows that she doesn't respect you or your time and that she is not putting the customer first. i guess you could kindly tell her that you are disappointed in her and ask if she has any recomendations for a new stylist
nopes, not at all!!!!!!!!!!!

coz if she doesn't feel d importance of a customer she is not a real saloon holders!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wud suggest find sum one else better than her!!!!!!
leave cancle the apponitment
nope i wouldnt
she doesn't want you as a client and can't (legally) tell you 'no. i won't do your hair'.

find another stylist.

sorry to be so blunt.

call her 1/2 hour before your appointment and ask if she's running on time or late. how late? should you reschedule? find another stylist?
I would probably only wait about 20 minutes at most. I wouldn't go back.
I would wait 20 minutes and that would be the last time I would visit that salon. I would however make sure she and the owner knew why I wasn't coming back.
thats horrible...she doesnt sound too good.........i wouldnt go back because she was that l8 and had your number and everything. the highest amount of time id wait would be 30mins....any later id call and complain because that would be just out of hand. always have the salon number in case that does happen. thats what i do.You should get a new stylist n i bet you could find someone just as good or better just not so late. : )

Hope i helped!!!!!
Waiting over an hour can be really annoying. I probably wouldn't go back, unless the stylist is AMAZING.. in that case, maybe they are worth the wait.
Find another hairstylist she is definitely not very organized and know her schedual very well. She never called or anything and made you waiting for over an hour forget it. Wait about 20 minutes at the most and if she dosn't show up find a new hair stylist!

Good Luck
I would never go back.

A situation like that happened to me on prom night.

I went to go get my hair and make-up done, and the lady said that she is running late so I thought, Ok no biggie just a few minutes late. Ok well I ending up waiting in that lobby for 2 and a half HOURS! It was rediculous! I never went to her again. I had to rush home, get my dress on, do my little touch ups, and it was all such a rush. I will never trust anyone but my great hairstylist again for my hair lol

Yes, the excuse was lame. She claimed that she had to go home, and get her curling iron for my appointment. Then there was traffic. ON SATURDAY AT NOON!!!!
I wouldn't go back and I'd let her know why. Usually myself I just let another stylist do my hair and when my stylist asks what's up I say ';you snooze you loose';
Your stylist is very unprofessional and I would not go back to her for any reason. It is also unprofessional of the salon. I would seek a better stylist and salon all together. There is no excuse for this. In the type of salons I work in, a stylist- even a celebrity stylist would be let go. Period.
NO
